Research suggested customers wanted a simple program they could understand, which rewarded their loyalty to the Howards brand. The Howards Inspirations rewards program was launched in October 2010, with the main aim to meet this expectation.
The program allows the company and customers to build stronger relationships. As the program continues to evolve, member-only offers and promotions will be personalised so that customers continue to feel valued.

The program is open to all, free to join, and offers a number of benefits which includes offering a $10 Reward voucher for every $200 spent. Members also have free access to educational Organising Workshops and invited to VIP events throughout the year.
